BALEXA PASTE
(Bright Aluminum Extrusion Additive)

BALEXA, an additive for non-ferrous metal extrusion is a mixture of harmless Chemicals with suitable non-toxic additives. Used extensively in extrusion plants it is neutral in pH and hence easy to handle. BALEXA, an excellent mould-releasing agent is a proprietary product and an import substitute. It gives bright surface finish to the extruded components and also extends the life of the Die appreciably. BALEXA is used in the extrusion of Aluminum Wires, Tubes, Cans, Aerosol bottles and other non-ferrous items regardless of size and shape. Parts to be extruded are slightly smeared with BALEXA, and subjected to extrusion. Can be added with Lube Oil if required. Quantity required to be ascertained after trials, since it varies with the size and shape of the item to be extruded.

BALEXA – L (Balexa with Lanolin) is an improvement on Balexa for increased effectiveness of the coating.
